  1. Is there a way to include the Project Name as a suffix at the end of the Project Number when creating the project folder? I understand a prefix can be added under Preferences–>Documents–>Types–> Document Naming, “Project Folder Prefix:”. Why can’t a project code maybe 3 letters, and/or be added as a suffix?

    We use the ArchiOffice project document folders and prefer to include a description for ease of locating specific projects. The same would apply to Project FIlenames. Currently a Prefix can be added but not a suffix. I have been informed this is a feature request to be implemented in the near future?

  3. I would really like to be able to manage employee personal time off in the other versions of Bill Quick besides just the Enterprise version. ALso, I would like to see a way to accrue PTO in the reports

  4. It sure would be nice if we could get all reports in alpha.

  5. It would be great if I could send a phased job to QuickBooks with one click instead of having to send each individual phase. Is there a way to ask if we want to send all phases or just one?


  6. Is there a BQ App for andriod and iphone where we can enter time to a project while on the go/traveling?

    • Yes, there are both Android and iPhone apps for entering time and expenses. The iPhone app is available through iTunes. The Android app is in final preparation for release and should be available on the Android Marketplace in a few weeks.

      Both apps are really neat!

      When your phone is not connected to a cell network or WiFi, the time and expense entries are saved until the app recognizes there’s a connection. Then it saves the entries.

      Right now the iPhone and Android apps work with BillQuick Online (www.BillQuickOnline.com). In a few weeks they will also be compatible with Web Suite.

  7. I would like to see if listing, (client list, account receivable aging, others) could be alphabitized instead of numerical.

    It would also be nice if I could see an aging with payments, partial or full, the credits, overpayment etc on the aging report and statements.
