After months of discussions, coupled with in-depth due diligence, we are pleased to announce that we recently received a significant investment from Serent Capital, a growth-focused private equity firm that invests in technology and tech-enabled software companies. Their team has experience as CEOs, strategic advisors, and board members for an impressive portfolio of successful companies, and will assist us in accelerating our product innovation, while simultaneously helping more customers operate efficiently through our award-winning platform, CORE.
