ArchiOffice 2016 is here and it offers powerful new billing features to help you efficiently create, review, send and print invoices. The latest version of the office and project management software for architects includes over 60 new features that help firms speed up cash flow, strengthen security and improve overall productivity.
“This year’s release of ArchiOffice focused on providing users with more powerful and effective billing tools while also enhancing the overall user experience,” said Steven Burns, FAIA, Chief Creative Officer at BQE Software. “We’ve added dozens of new invoicing, reporting and security features that extend the capability of the software without sacrificing its high-level performance or ease-of-use. I am extremely proud of our development team for making these customer driven innovations come to life.”
With enhanced security and performance improvements, ArchiOffice 2016 is beautifully engineered to work for you. Here are some of the top new features:
- Efficient Billing Review and Collections – Quickly preview detailed draft invoices and email them directly to project leaders/principals for review. Save time by specifying a default email message for invoices to appear in the body of every email. Easily edit and split time on expense records even while they are in draft mode.
- Improved Usability – Efficiently view and manage all your memorized reports on a separate report grid list. Drag and drop team members into the Project Team list; sort project phases and job codes in ascending and descending order.
- Powerful Security – Firms have the option to enforce a strong password policy, including resetting a password after a set number of days.
