Previously we showed you how to use the attachment and memo feature in BillQuick Desktop. The exact same features are available in BillQuick Online. The UI (User Interface) is a little different, though, so this time I am going to show you what it looks like here.
One thing I like better about using this feature in BillQuick Online, is that the attachments are actually there with the entry. With the desktop version the attachment is more of a reference to the file’s location on your local folder. If you move the file, that link is broken. With BillQuick Online, this is not an issue, and for that matter, that is why I love the idea of using cloud based software so much better than desktop. The cloud eliminates a lot of issues.
Other than that, the benefits of using these features remains the same. You have the ability to attach, and associate relevant, and contextual information, to your time entries, making it much cleared what you did, and what anyone else looking at your entry needs to know. Of course the other nice benefit, especially with the cloud version, is that you never have to remember where you put that document.
