Management insight is found in the little things we see and experience everyday.

The young guys in your firm need a chance too. You won’t t know what they are capable of, where their strengths lie, until you give them a chance to win one for the firm.
It is important to let them fail. But, be there to back them up and to mentor and coach them. They will learn as much from failure as from your post-play analysis and experience.
Who knows, the guy that fails may become that person who brings in big clients, brings every project in at a profit, or can explain the numbers to clients in ways you can’t.
That young guy you gave a chance to fail may be who you invite to be your partner, or who might buy your firm so you can retire.
Give the little guy a chance. Stand Back! I got dis one!
