BillQuick Messages

No, this is not about a special discount promotion.

BillQuick Messages is a message delivery workflow built into the software. It is not a replacement for emails nor is it instant messaging. It’s better!

Why?

Because BillQuick Messages is event-driven. That means a message is delivered to a user when a specified event is triggered. For example:

• A timekeeper might receive a message when they log in that says they mistakenly charged hours to the wrong project and need to correct and re-submit them. Managers and staff don’t waste time with phone calls, voice mail, and walking around the alleyways of Cubicle City. (See Submit and Approve demo.)
• The company’s bookkeeper might write a message before leaving for the day to remind an employee to check for a payment that’s due. When the user logs into BillQuick the next day, he will receive the message. No Post-It notes. It’s front and center when the employee logs into BillQuick.
• A principal might leave a message for a project manager to see her. The message is delivered when the manager logs into BillQuick.

You can also send messages to yourself as a reminder. For example, you might remind yourself about an item that is important when you prepare the next month’s bills. Rather than a Post-It note, the BillQuick Message is delivered when you open the Billing Review screen.
