For years, time- and revenue-saving submission and approval workflow for time and expenses has been built into BillQuick. Now in 2010, this workflow is expanded to:
- Invoices
- Vendors Bills
- Purchase Orders
When items are submitted, the approver is notified on the Reminders screen or optionally, can choose to receive an email. Items can be approved or rejected, and if desired, you can send a rejection note via BillQuick Messages.
